An Advice From DR. Orna Zuckerman - Dentist: Parents & Corona

1. Try to give more vegetables and fruits snack and less sweets.

2. Give sweets right after a meal, not throughout the day, as the saliva is optimal for maintaining the mouth immediately after meals.

3. If you still give snacks between meals, give water before and after the snack. Brushing teeth is even better but not always possible.

4. Decide with the children on the amount and type of snacks for that day .... and that’s it. This is how you will control how many snacks your kids will eat.

5. Can’t eat what you ain’t got at home. Controlling the number of snacks begins with the shopping that parents do.
