Slow Cook Beef Stew

Sweet, spicey, slowww 2.5 hours softening hearty stew :) Don't forget fresh bread to wipe the plate clean properly!

3 ONIONS

3 CARROTS

4 POTATOS

1/2 KG BEEF FOR STEW

6 CLOVES GRALIC

2 BEET ROOT // 2SWEET POTATO

1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR

SALT, PEPPER, BASIL, CUMIN, PAPRIKA

BUTTER - 50 GR

1/2 CUP TOMATO PATE

1/2 PORT WINE

4 CUPS OF VEGETABLES STOCK
Fry meat first, adding onion, garlic and all of the dressing in - sugar, butter. salt, pepper, cumin, wine and paprika. give it 3-4 minutes on high flame and then add all vegetables and 4 cups of vegetable stock. let it cook for 2.5 hours on a small flame.
Iron cast pot recommended. Serve on rice or with fresh bread!:)
